About the Role

Cascadia Windows Ltd is seeking a skilled Window Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of interior prefabricated products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install interior prefabricated products, including windows and doors, to meet customer specifications.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and repair interior prefabricated products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Measurement and Marking: Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to complete installation tasks efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines to meet.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
