About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Truck Manager to join our team at Greek on the Street Restaurants INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food truck, ensuring seamless execution of our culinary vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor staff performance, and supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and manage events to ensure a positive experience for our patrons.
  • Staff Development: Train staff, evaluate their performance, and provide feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage supplies, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial transactions, including gratuities, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, with staff accommodation available.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
