Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at Empire Grill Fine Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality food preparation standards.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of establishing efficient workflows, supervising staff, and training new employees. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely delivery of orders and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Staff Development: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in preparing budget estimates and cost analysis to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, providing solutions to resolve issues and maintain a positive dining experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and wastage, supporting informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. Standing for extended periods is required, making physical stamina essential for this role.
