About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Fonseca Household. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our team to create personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering bedside and personal care to our clients
  • Assisting with regular exercise and activities
  • Preparing and serving nutritious meals
  • Laundering clothing and household linens
  • Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working with elderly individuals or those with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver's license (not required but an asset)
Work Environment

Salary
