Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:
Century 21 King's Quay Real Estate Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute promotional materials to enhance brand awareness and drive sales
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 people to achieve sales and marketing goals
- Market business services to clients and prospects
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
- Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs
- Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations
- Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that publicize activities and events on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization
- Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and prospects
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials
- Coordinate special publicity events and promotions
- Initiate and maintain contact with the media
- Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Gather, research, and prepare communications material
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to plan and control budgets and expenditures
- Knowledge of marketing and sales principles and practices
