About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at JSI Confectionary Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise, ensuring that products are visually appealing and easily accessible to customers.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Store Environment: Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, air-conditioned store environment.
  • Work Setting: Department store.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and distinguish between colors.
