Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales portfolio in North America for key strategic accounts.
  • Strategically manage large complex accounts, grow revenue by identifying and booking cross and upselling opportunities.
  • Seek new revenue within assigned account and support market share growth for existing customers.
  • Assist in development and execution of sales and marketing plans for new and existing accounts and markets.
  • Communicate effectively with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Product Marketing teams.

Distribution Channel Management

  • Execute comprehensive channel management strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and technical requirements to identify new channel opportunities and potential partners.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors, system integrators, and other channel partners.
  • Coordinate with product development and technical teams to ensure channel partners are equipped with up-to-date technical knowledge and training.

Requirements

  • Education in Business, Marketing, or Engineering combined with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical sales role.
  • Previous experience selling electrical components or systems to OEM customers, or experience managing distribution channels.
  • Proven sales & account management experience.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

  • On Target Earnings (base salary plus sales incentive): $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
  • Quarterly sales incentive (bonus) plan.
