Financial Recovery Specialist

Manulife Bank is seeking a skilled Financial Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for resolving delinquent accounts and ensuring timely payments. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial situations and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve delinquent accounts, ensuring timely payments and minimizing losses.
  • Analyze complex financial situations and develop effective solutions to resolve account issues.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their financial situations and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in collections or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
