Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Drafting and Review: You'll create and review a range of documents, from commercial agreements to policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Support: You'll work closely with our executive team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Advisor and Operational Support: You'll provide expert advice to various departments and teams within the organization.
  • Legal Risk Management and Due Diligence: You'll identify and mitigate potential legal risks, ensuring the company remains secure and compliant.
  • Internal Counsel and Policy Development: You'll develop and implement policies and procedures to support the company's growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Law Degree: A strong foundation in law, with a focus on corporate law and compliance.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of providing exceptional legal support and guidance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and concise language.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
