FP&A System Implementation Consultant

Join our team of experts in financial planning and analysis system implementation and configuration. As a FP&A System Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis of client business requirements and objectives, participating in design workshops, and delivering configuration workshops to transfer knowledge to client project resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the analysis of client business requirements and objectives.
  • Participate in and/or lead design workshops with clients.
  • Deliver configuration workshops to transfer knowledge to client project resources.
  • Configure the most complex aspects of the application design.
  • Support client project resources and other staff with their configuration tasks.
  • Provide post-go-live support on configuration issues.
  • Support the update of the project governance and attend weekly status meetings.
  • Be a key contributor to the overall knowledge and growth of our FP&A practice.
  • Help support and coach other team members both on product knowledge and consulting skills.

Requirements:

  • Based in or near the Greater Toronto Area, with the expectation to travel (primarily, but not exclusively Canada) from time to time, based on client/project needs.
  • 2-3 years of experience implementing and supporting end users with Workday Adaptive Planning, Vena Solutions, and/or other similar solutions required.
  • Hold an Accounting Designation (CA, CPA) or university degree/college diploma in accounting or business with equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with ERP and BI technologies is an asset.
  • Bilingual (English+French) communication is an asset.
