About the Role
The Motivator is a critical role in the success of our GoodLife Fitness Clubs. As the first point of contact for members and potential members, you will create a welcoming and engaging environment that helps our members achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for members and guests.
- Be knowledgeable about our services and amenities, and able to sell them to members.
- Assist members with questions and concerns, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new and current members.
- Complete club runs and cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Attend monthly meetings and complete required learning to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- CPR-A & AED Certification
- Must be Smart Tan certified within 3 months of employment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the fitness industry and ability to sell services and products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
- Previous customer service and sales experience an asset

Compensation:
$17.95 - $19.45-
