CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (MOTIVATOR)

About the Role

The Motivator is a critical role in the success of our GoodLife Fitness Clubs. As the first point of contact for members and potential members, you will create a welcoming and engaging environment that helps our members achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for members and guests.
  • Be knowledgeable about our services and amenities, and able to sell them to members.
  • Assist members with questions and concerns, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new and current members.
  • Complete club runs and cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Attend monthly meetings and complete required learning to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • CPR-A & AED Certification
  • Must be Smart Tan certified within 3 months of employment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry and ability to sell services and products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Previous customer service and sales experience an asset

Compensation:

$17.95 - $19.45
