The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, opening and distributing incoming mail and other materials, and maintaining a well-organized filing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information to ensure seamless communication between team members
  • Manage and maintain a well-organized filing system to ensure easy access to important documents
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents with high attention to detail
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage

Requirements:

  • College certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
