Ranch Specialist

**Grant Ranch Farm Generalist Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled farm generalist to join our team at Grant Ranch. As a farm generalist, you will have the opportunity to work in various critical tasks across different areas of the farm.

**Job Responsibilities**

• Field operations: seeding, spraying, pasture cutting, baling, land rolling, rock picking, bale hauling, trucking, combining
• Livestock care: winter feeding with pull-type mixer wagon, bale shredder, bale deck truck, cattle handling during branding, vaccinations
• Maintenance: regular equipment service, livestock facilities: fences, corals, feedlot

**Requirements**

• Valid Class 5 drivers license, Class 1 or desire to attain an asset
• Previous ranch or farm experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
• Ability to work independently, self-managing
• Experience with livestock and basic mechanical skills
• Flexible hours, weekends during busy seasons, early mornings, evenings
