We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST to join our team at PrecisionERP Incorporated.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)

About the Role

As a Customer Service Analyst, you will play a key role in resolving customer issues and providing exceptional support through various communication channels. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues: You will directly address customer inquiries and concerns, following best practices to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Update knowledge base: You will update troubleshooting documentation as part of our comprehensive knowledge base, utilizing this documentation to provide effective support.
  • Communicate with customers: You will interact with customers through various communication channels, demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Basic software proficiency: You should be comfortable using a variety of basic software solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills: You should possess good communication and time management skills, ensuring seamless interactions with customers.
  • Ability to learn new tools: You should be willing to learn new tools and technologies to enhance your skills and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Dependability and reliability: You should be dependable and reliable, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with knowledge bases: You should have familiarity with updating and using a knowledge base, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • General IT knowledge: You should have general knowledge of computer systems, analysis techniques, and ITIL processes.
