Game Development Team Lead

As an Animation Team Lead at our company, you will report directly to the Project Lead/Production Manager and oversee work quality and deadlines for your team.
- Develop a deep understanding of the game's story, gameplay, and technical/artistic constraints to lead and coach the team effectively.
- Draft regular progress reports for the Project Lead/Production Manager, highlighting team advancements and recommending corrective measures as needed.
- Anticipate and address potential conflicts, suggesting solutions to the Project Lead/Production Manager for team success.
- Provide technical and artistic guidance to team members where necessary.
- Collaborate with the Project Lead/Production Manager on performance assessments.
- Coordinate bug correction for the team's work.
- Assist in recruiting new team members.
- Contribute to creating required animation.
- Experience in animation and team leadership.
- Participation in at least one complete game production or equivalent.
- Strong time and priority management skills for yourself and your team.
- Stress and change management abilities.
- Database knowledge is an asset.
- Understanding of real-time, 3D engine, and level editor technical constraints.
