Job Summary

JKM ACCOUNTING INC. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other materials as required.
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Record Keeping and Data Entry
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and data entry.
    • Ensure that all records are secure and confidential.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
