About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Home Manager to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in our home dialysis programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor patient care and provide coaching and support to staff as needed.
