Regional Sales Manager

As a key member of our sales team, the Senior Territory Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the Ontario and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering results-driven solutions.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular site visits and effective communication
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer needs to provide informed solutions
- Utilize our Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions and update sales data in real-time
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of field sales experience or an external sales position
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment
- A valid driver's license
- Experience using a CRM
