Career Services Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Services Manager to lead our team at the Mississauga campus. As a key member of our Career Services team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to support international graduates in their transition to new careers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training plans for Career Services team members
- Provide coaching and support to Employment Services team members
- Develop strategies to support student employment in their field of study
- Advise and support Career Services team members and local Campus Directors on student issues
- Establish and maintain employer relationships in the local community
- Plan and execute special Career Services events
- Monitor quality assurance feedback from students and address concerns
- Manage job placement and internship reporting processes
- Post-secondary college diploma or university degree in Sales, Education, or Business
- Minimum of two years of sales experience in a business-to-business field
- Minimum of two years of sales management, career services management, or business management experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in an educational environment
- Previous experience working in career/employment services in an education environment is considered an asset
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
