About the Role

CBS Parts Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled **Buyer - Wholesale Specialist** to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to our outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock levels to meet the requirements of our wholesale establishment.
  • Merchandise Distribution: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our outlets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Requirements Analysis: Review the requirements of our establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or supply chain management.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a wholesale or retail environment, with a focus on procurement and inventory management.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet software, such as MS Excel, and other business applications.
