Job Title: Auto Body Repairer

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repairer to join our team at HARMAN AUTO COLLISION INC.

Job Summary:

The Auto Body Repairer will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicles to their original condition. This includes assessing damage, disassembling and repairing or replacing damaged parts, and applying finishes to restore the vehicle's appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess damage to vehicles and develop repair plans
  • Disassemble and repair or replace damaged parts, including body panels, frames, and mechanical components
  • Apply finishes, including primers, paints, and clear coats, to restore the vehicle's appearance
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure timely and high-quality repairs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in auto body repair or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
Work Environment:

The Auto Body Repairer will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with exposure to chemicals, dust, and other hazards. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

32 to 35 hours per week.
