Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team at Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants. As a Server Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our Servers by ensuring that all tables are properly set, clean, and stocked with necessary items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Practice a high level of floor awareness and maintain a clean and organized section
  • Assist with food running and ensure that plates are delivered to the correct guests
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the section and ensure that all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
  • Communicate with Servers to ensure a positive and memorable experience for our guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience in a similar environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to take direction and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
