Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Duty Truck Technician to join our team at Elrancho Inc. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working on commercial transport trucks, with a focus on diesel engine systems. They will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic work on diesel engines, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and belt replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines, including fuel system problems and electrical system malfunctions.
  • Inspect and test repaired systems to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications.
  • Complete detailed reports of work performed, including problem diagnosis and solution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working on commercial transport trucks, with a focus on diesel engine systems.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.
  • A high level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
