Licensed Nurse Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients/residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct assessments, implement and evaluate interventions, and document information.
- Act as an advocate for patients/residents and participate in care conferences.
- Assist with orientation of new staff and students as required.
