Estimated Salary

We offer an attractive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing layouts in conformance to building codes, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. They will build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, erect walls and roof systems, fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware. Additionally, they will supervise other workers and maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the trade. You must have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
