Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Lake House Restaurant. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for managing the food preparation and presentation process, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Chef Duties: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, adhering to our quality and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to prevent waste and optimize resource allocation.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and hygiene regulations.
About the Role

This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
