About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Leader to join our team at SUBWAY#9963. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational performance of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across the organization.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring the organization's resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in organizational development and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
