Building Maintenance Supervisor

As a Building Maintenance Supervisor at Medallion Corporation, you will oversee the coordination of all work necessary to maintain the property under the direction of the Property Manager. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of various building facilities, including hallways, stairwells, elevators, and more.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve legal documentation pertaining to non-payment of rent and/or Landlord-Tenant litigation as directed by the Property Manager
- Monitor and report deficiencies in writing regarding compactor rooms, garbage chutes, elevators, cleaning, hallways, stairwells, garages, airlocks, storage rooms, mechanical rooms, sub-basements, fire logs, moving rooms, and exterior areas
- Effect all necessary repairs where possible and advise the Property Manager via maintenance request forms of all other required repairs
- Assist in maintaining parking control and notify tenants regarding parcel deliveries
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with supervising and motivating people
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with computers (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
- Mechanical background
- Organized and able to handle multiple projects
