Medical Laboratory Specialist

LifeLabs is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing accurate and timely diagnostic testing and reporting, contributing to patient well-being and better health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct a wide range of diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing
- Perform, interpret, and release results while maintaining patient confidentiality
- Identify incidents and non-conformities, participate in corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement
- Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new technology
- Participate in problem-solving and workflow optimization
- College diploma or University degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent education and/or experience
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse individuals
- Good computer skills and knowledge
- Problem-solving skills, including issue identification and follow-up
- Ability to maintain strict safety, patient privacy, and confidentiality standards
