Medical Clinic Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Front Desk Representative to join our team at NEXA Dental. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations
- Greets patients and visitors, directs them to the appropriate area, and provides basic information as needed.
- Manages patient flow, schedules appointments, and confirms patient information.
- Processes patient payments, handles billing, and maintains accurate records.
- Administrative Support
- Provides administrative support to the healthcare team, including preparing and maintaining patient records, and performing various clerical tasks.
- Orders office supplies, maintains a clean and organized workspace, and ensures a positive patient experience.
- Communication
- Answers phone calls, responds to patient inquiries, and relays messages to the healthcare team.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience
- Previous experience in a medical or administrative role is an asset.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
