About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at Dream Builders ELC poco. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.

Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Screening Questions: We require candidates to be available for the advertised start date, legally able to work in Canada, and reside in proximity to the advertised location.

  • Other Benefits: Free parking available, on-site daycare available, and a permanent work term with 35 to 40 hours per week.
