Job Summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a highly skilled Club Counselor I to join our team. As a Club Counselor I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, handling member account inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for member account information, providing accurate and timely responses to member inquiries.
  • Reservation Management: Create, modify, and cancel resort reservations and exchanges, ensuring seamless member experiences.
  • Payment Processing: Process member account/reservation payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Account Maintenance: Update member account information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Education and Training: Educate members on the benefits of their memberships, promoting a deeper understanding of our products and services.
  • Documentation: Complete detailed notes in the comments area of member accounts after each interaction, maintaining a record of all member communications.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve concerns and questions raised by members, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Information Provision: Provide members with accurate and timely information related to their accounts, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all time-keeping and attendance policies, adhering to company standards.
  • Productivity: Meet or exceed required departmental expectations, including reservation productivity, to be eligible for incentive programs.
  • Membership Knowledge: Identify multiple membership products and services, providing members with tailored solutions.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our members.
  • Professionalism: Consistently practice the meaning of 'Yes' and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with management, fellow team members, and members.
  • Call Handling: Handle blended inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service to our members.
  • Sales and Upselling: Upsell flex and value or any profitable products for the company, promoting revenue growth.
  • Tour Presentations: Upsell and hook sales presentation tours, showcasing our products and services.
  • Multitasking: Demonstrate exceptional multitasking skills, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
  • Representation: Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, maintaining a positive image.
  • Training and Compliance: Complete all required company trainings and compliance courses, ensuring knowledge and adherence to company policies.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
