Your Role in Our Team:

You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the movement of freight across North America or globally according to our customers' needs.

This role supports our rapidly growing Operations team and requires effective communication with other team members and Traffic Tech personnel.

About the Job:

  1. Create and maintain strong vendor relationships
  2. Negotiate with shippers and carriers
  3. Monitor shipment tracking, including pickup and delivery
  4. Prepare required shipping documentation
  5. Provide effective and professional communication with clients and carriers
  6. Perform minor accounting functions and data entry

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Prior industry experience is preferred
  2. Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
  3. High School Diploma is required
  4. Customer service experience is necessary
  5. You must possess problem-resolution skills, be detail-oriented, and have high-level multi-tasking skills
  6. Professional phone mannerisms are essential
  7. An outgoing personality, high energy, and flexibility are required
  8. A great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun are expected

Location: This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.
