Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff as needed
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • English language proficiency
