**Job Summary:**

**Responsibilities:**

  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures that align with our company's goals.
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines that maximize productivity.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
    • Manage contracts and agreements, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Respond to electronic inquiries, addressing client concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
    • Oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, keeping data secure and easily accessible.
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client needs and concerns.
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify areas for improvement, promoting a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Work Environment:**
    • Work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, demonstrating teamwork and adaptability.
