Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description at McDonalds a/o Dendres Corp.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to provide it.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution
* Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback to team members
* Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand
* Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives

**Requirements**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

**Work Environment**

* 40 hours per week
* English language
* Permanent work term
