Are you a customer service expert looking to grow within a reputable company in the insurance industry?
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our client's Absence Management Consultation Services (AMCS) department.
You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, focusing on delivering outstanding results to Plan Sponsors and Plan Members.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for Plan Sponsors and Plan Members accessing the AMCS program
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
- Gather referral information through verbal intake processes and manage new referrals in the case management system
- Provide administrative support to case management teams, including handling template letters, processing data entry updates, and managing office supplies
- Process mail, faxes, invoices, and other documentation, including handling file closures and copy requests
- Assist with basic client reporting and ad-hoc assignments or projects
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Post-secondary education
- 23 years of administration and clerical experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word)
- Strong customer focus with active listening skills and the ability to probe, investigate, and resolve issues
- Highly adaptable, organized, and quick learner with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent word processing, spreadsheet, and database computer skills
- Experience with Amazon Connect (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of medical terminology (nice-to-have)
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- An hourly salary of $22-$24 based on experience
- A 12-month contract
- A fully remote, full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
- Rotating shifts: 8 am-4 pm, 9 am-5 pm, 10 am-6 pm, and 12 pm-8 pm
- Flexibility required to cover varying shifts as needed to meet business demands
- Occasional overtime may be required, including coverage during Family Day and civic holidays
