Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at THE ROYAL CROWN PUB & GRILL. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other servers to ensure a smooth service.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, ensuring customers have a memorable dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
