The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

As a Heavy Equipment Specialist at Hans Demolition & Excavation Ltd, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, including backhoes, loaders, and rollers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks
  • Conducting pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Performing minor repairs to equipment as needed
  • Requisitioning materials and supplies as required
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment in a similar capacity
  • A valid Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
