Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager at Sotera Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our facilities. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all quality functions, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and addressing quality issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, USDA, and NRC regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with plant operations to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality records and procedures.
  • Coordinate and maintain personnel dosimetry records.
  • Assist Corporate Quality Assurance with special projects and assignments as requested.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BA or BS in a related field.
  • Three to five years of quality assurance experience in the medical services/products area or extensive quality science training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Above-average computer skills.

Special Requirements:

  • Must be medically approved for respirator use.
  • Must be able to tolerate exposure to high temperature and high humidity.

Training Required:

  • Must complete all required training for a Quality Assurance Manager outlined in the training manual.
