Job Title: Environmental Engineer

RocMar Engineering Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to join our team. As an Environmental Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting site visits, gathering relevant information, and working with clients and engineering teams to determine project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to gather relevant information and assess environmental conditions
  • Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to determine project requirements and develop solutions
  • Provide customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
  • Remove hazardous materials such as asbestos, lead, and mould from buildings
  • Develop and implement environmental remediation plans to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association
  • Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association
  • Strong knowledge of environmental assessment and remediation principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
