Job Summary

FUTURE-TECH CANADA is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied with their purchase.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, providing recommendations and advice as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory levels.
  • Operate cash register systems, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, support events, and participate in visual merchandising activities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $30,000-$35,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits may include medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
