Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) expert to join our team at MEDA Engineering and Technical Services, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and utilization of HR technology systems to drive process improvements that align with our company's strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal customers to gather system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and map current processes to optimize HR technology utilization.
  • Technology Enhancements: Work with internal customers and external vendors to recommend and support technology enhancements based on business needs and technology gaps.
  • System Management: Manage HRIS databases, including ADP WFN, as a subject matter expert with advanced knowledge of modules, profile management, privacy maintenance, and confidentiality.
  • Project Support: Assist in reviewing, testing, and implementing HRIS upgrades, maintaining projects, developing issue tracking, and monitoring target resolution dates.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Establish internal and external reporting requirements, develop standard reports ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with industry best practices, and collect necessary headcount data for parent company reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required, preferably with HRIS experience, especially with ADP.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical ability, technical savvy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Certifications: CHRP certification is an asset.
What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
