Coeuraj is a boutique firm dedicated to enabling change and supporting new ways of thinking and working. We're seeking an experienced Visual Designer to join our team in Canada.

About the Role

As a Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life through inspiring visual design. You will work closely with our consulting practice team to deliver collaborative solutions and processes to clients across various sectors, including municipal, provincial, and Federal governments, First Nations communities and organizations, non-profits, and multinational, private sector corporations.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and delivering custom visual assets, such as documents, presentations, reports, proposals, and visual aids like models or data visualizations. You will also support project team members with the design and delivery of facilitated modules of activities as part of meetings or stand-alone sessions.

We are looking for someone who possesses graphic and visual design capabilities to join our growing team. This role has opportunities for growth and advancement in the organization, either within visual and creative design or within the consulting practice as a practitioner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering custom visual assets, including documents, presentations, reports, proposals, and visual aids like models or data visualizations.
  • Supporting project team members with the design and delivery of facilitated modules of activities as part of meetings or stand-alone sessions.
  • Working closely with the consulting practice team to deliver collaborative solutions and processes to clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two to four years' experience in a related creative agency or consulting role.
  • Experience with a range of technology and graphic design tools, including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro.
  • Creativity and willingness to bring art and design to our projects and in-person work environments.
  • Experience in working in remote environments, with cross-functional teams, across multiple projects at once.
  • Willingness to work across a range of sectors and travel when required.

The salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
