We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Chong's Place.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising other workers, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Communication: Open and distribute mail and other materials, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and advise senior management.
  • Staffing: Recruit and hire workers, carry out related staffing actions, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Able to work independently with tight deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer free parking available on site.
