Toronto, Ontario, Canada Sentry Full time
About Sentry

Bad software is everywhere, and we're tired of it. We're on a mission to help developers write better software faster, so they can enjoy technology without frustration.

We're building performance and error monitoring tools that help companies like Disney, Microsoft, and Atlassian spend less time fixing bugs and more time building products.

The Role

As the Product Marketing Manager for our performance monitoring product, you'll own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy to drive product awareness, adoption, and expansion. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to distill complex information into compelling messaging and materials that resonate with developers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the product marketing strategy and go-to-market approach for our performance monitoring solution to drive acquisition, adoption, and activation amongst developers.
  • Be the voice of the customer, understanding their needs, pains, and dreams, and driving home how we differentiate from the competition to ensure their success with Sentry.
  • Craft concise, benefits-driven messaging that showcases our unique value proposition for developers.
  • Develop educational content about our performance monitoring offering in collaboration with sales engineers to educate developers on our capabilities.
You'll Thrive if:
  • You have experience in technical content creation and are passionate about developer relations.
  • You enjoy working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to improve product flows, revenue metrics, customer impact, and internal processes.
  • You're well-versed in the software development process and can communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • You're adaptable, flexible, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range: $119,000 - $129,000 CAD, commensurate with experience.
  • An opportunity to work with a leading edge technology company that's committed to making software development more accessible.
  • A collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
About Us:

Sentry is an equal opportunity employer. We believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to thrive in a supportive and inclusive work environment. If you need an accommodation or require assistance due to a disability, please let us know. We're committed to providing reasonable accommodations to ensure that all candidates have an equal opportunity to participate in our hiring process.
