$25.05 CAD per hour (plus benefits)

About the Role

As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently will make you an asset to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain Vacasa properties using standardized procedures and products
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces
  • Maintain hot tubs as needed, with on-site training provided
  • Assist with laundry as needed
  • Collect and remove trash and debris
  • Create a welcoming environment for guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for

  • No experience required; we're happy to train you
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and lift over 20 pounds
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed. You must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, reach overhead and below the waist, regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds, and bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.
