Competitive salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Overview

In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and service customer vehicles in a busy flat rate shop. You will work closely with our Parts and Service Advisors and effectively communicate with them. As a valued member of our service department, you will have the opportunity to coach, mentor, and train apprentices as they journey through their careers.

Responsibilities

You will evaluate parts for reuse, repair, or replacement in accordance with company and manufacturer specifications. Your excellent diagnostic skills and safety-conscious approach will ensure that customers receive high-quality service. Additionally, you will work independently but also be a team player, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Driver's License with an acceptable driver's abstract
  • A Red Seal License and a minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive repair
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and a keen interest in training and development
  • The ability to work safely and efficiently, prioritizing customer satisfaction
