About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Client Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, their support teams, and investors in our inbound contact centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate answers to client inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their short-term and long-term investment strategies.
  • Represent Fidelity as you are responsible for answering our clients' requests for information and directing them to the appropriate department when required on a timely basis.

Requirements

  • College Diploma preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in a call center would be an asset.
  • Experience in the financial services industry or a mutual fund company is an asset.
  • Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) in English is required.
