Marketing Innovation Manager

About This Role
- Drive marketing innovation and growth by identifying new product and category opportunities in the home services market.
- Develop and pilot innovative marketing ideas to promote the Reliance brand and our products.
- Manage the product innovation process from idea generation through to launch.
- Support annual marketing planning and executive results reporting.
- Lead research initiatives, including brand awareness studies, concept testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaign success.

Requirements
- A growth mindset with a focus on dependable, ambitious, and forward-thinking individuals.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related marketing field.
- Strategic thinking, communication, project management, data analysis, and creativity skills.
- Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
